The Villa (Main Residence) – Sleeps up to 8 Guests

The Villa is a luxurious mountain retreat thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection and memorable group stays.

Featuring four beautifully styled bedrooms with Sealy mattresses, premium furnishings and expansive open-plan living spaces, it provides the perfect setting for families and friends to relax, entertain and unwind.

At the heart of the home, a fully functional kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating a welcoming space for shared meals, long conversations and cosy evenings indoors. Large windows frame the surrounding greenery and flood the home with natural light, while the fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere during Marysville's cooler months.

Step outside to enjoy the sparkling swimming pool (available from September to May), covered outdoor BBQ and dining area, and spacious entertaining spaces designed for relaxed afternoons and evenings. Fire up the Weber BBQ, enjoy wine and pizza with family and friends, or simply unwind in the ambient lighting while listening to the gentle sounds of Steavenson River flowing 150 meters away from The Villa.

The Villa also features a elevated deck overlooking the surrounding mountains and gardens, providing the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon read, or a glass of wine as the sun sets over Marysville's beautiful High Country landscape.

The Cottage Retreat – Sleeps up to 6 Guests

Set privately away from the Villa, the charming self-contained Cottage Retreat offers its own peaceful escape with two comfortable queen bedrooms, a bathroom, a compact kitchenette (perfect for simple meals; no dishwasher available) and a spacious open-plan dining and lounge area.

The light-filled living area overlooks sweeping lawns leading towards the Steavenson River and provides the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, stream your favourite shows, or simply relax while taking in the tranquillity of the surrounding Marysville State Forest.

We had the most beautiful stay here, it was relaxing, peaceful and exactly what we were after for our family getaway. Having access to both the cottage and the main house allowed us areas to gather together while also having space when we needed it. We loved the outdoor areas especially, sitting on the decking with a coffee, cheeseboard or wine, exploring the stream and mini dam, and especially being able to use the bbq and firepit even though it rained. While it was too cold to use the pool, there was plenty of fire wood provided and we were able to roast marshmallows and have a bbq dinner, completely protected from the elements in the undercover area. The house was clean and provided every possible thing we could have asked for, we cooked lots of meals and found it so handy that the kitchen was so well kitted out, the labeled drawers and cupboards were an added bonus. So many extra touches, crafts for the kids, tabletennis and basketball ring - our family will 100% be back!

We had a wonderful weekend with our friends who are new to Australia and had never been to regional Australia or seen snow. They loved the house as much as us and it accommodated all 9 of us easily. We enjoyed the garden, river front, basketball and open fireplace. Thank you Shawn for all your care and help over the weekend.
